Arkasa city is located on the south west side of Karpathos, 17 km from the capital Pigadia and 8 km from the airport. It is one of the four ancient cities of the island. Glaros studios are placed exactly on the side of Palaiokastro where you can find Acropolis and St. Sophia church and many discoveries of the old times. There is also a museum you can visit near the center of the city. Many basic facilities are provided in Arkasa such as pharmacy, super markets, bank ATM, gas station.
